Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction under general rules.
We may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular following changes in the law or the scope of services. Changes take effect on the date the new version is published on the Website and do not affect rights acquired before that date.
