ESA Acceleration Days in Brussels were all about one thing: how space technologies and AI can help evacuate people safely during emergencies.
For us, it was an incredible experience to be among the 8 best European teams selected to tackle this challenge for the Brussels-Capital Region. We did not take home the main prize, but working shoulder to shoulder with Europe’s most innovative teams and showing how our AI and satellite-data-powered EvacuAgent can support decision-makers in real crises is already a win.
Many thanks to the European Space Agency, safe.brussels and the Brussels police (Zone Police Midi) for bringing together people who believe innovation can and should save lives. Congratulations to all the teams, especially to the winners from Trillium Technologies.
