Dual-use technologies in local government: forum in Zielona Góra
We took part in an event at the Lubuskie Space Technologies Park in Zielona Góra on the use of dual-use technologies in local government, particularly in infrastructure, innovation and public safety.
The discussion covered how technologies developed for the space, defence and digital sectors can support the everyday work of public administration. Satellite data, geospatial analytics and AI are increasingly becoming practical tools for crisis management, infrastructure planning and regional resilience.
It is encouraging to see advanced technologies for public administration discussed in more and more regional debates. Many thanks to the organisers for the invitation, including PAIH, the University of Zielona Góra, the Lubuskie Digitalisation Centre and the Lubuskie Voivodeship Office.
